Villa Son Prats is a property located on the camino de santa Catalina n8 in the municipality of Ciutadella. An area that stands out for its tranquillity and at the same time for being well situated close to the beaches of Santandría, Sa Caleta and Ciutadella.

It is a property of approximately 350m2 located on a plot of 2100m2.

The property is divided into 2 floors.

It is a rustic-style estate characterised by antique-style furniture but well preserved. It has a "Vintage" feel from the sixties and seventies. The bathrooms and kitchen have been refurbished, with the original period flooring preserved, as well as the wood both inside and outside.

The peace that the estate conveys is ideal for enjoying pleasant holidays with family or friends in an idyllic setting facing the countryside and close to the surrounding city and beaches.

On the ground floor we find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a third bedroom with a single bed, and two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each.

On the upper floor of the house we find 2 other bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and another with 2 single beds (both very spacious with magnificent views of the Menorcan countryside). The upper side of the house is surrounded by a spacious terrace.

The kitchen, very well equipped, has been refurbished with a small island that houses the gathering centre of the property. It is situated in a large open space leading to the dining room with direct access to the exterior terrace. It has a table with chairs for several diners.

The exterior terrace with views of the garden and connected to the living room is where we will spend most of the day both for its spaciousness and its location. The exterior has a barbecue area. Beautiful porch to spend unforgettable evenings with views of the swimming pool and native garden.

For groups consisting of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
