A fabulous property, with historical and family legacy. The location is great, free parking within the gated courtyard, comfortable, spotlessly clean accomodation, privacy, and a very attentive and pleasant host. Would definitely be going back!!!

A wonderful experience to stay here - a privilege to be able to stay in a family home that has been in the same family for centuries. Great atmosphere, surroundings (lovely terrace and garden area), large room, and animals, including peacocks, a bonus. Lovely breakfast with beautiful crockery and linens. Good location. Thanks Francisco, for being a wonderful host.

Exceptional property and very welcoming host. The history of the place is tangible, while still very well maintained to satisfy all modern comfort needs. The hall where you take your breakfast is breathtaking. Simply a must visit location in Foz do Arelho and even in Portugal as a whole! Will return 100%!
