Bart was a great host! Very accommodating and flexible. I also enjoyed the walled-in but still easy-to-access parking area with lots of spaces right in the front of the house.The shower floor was a little slippery, though, so I was going to suggest some texture tape or something to prevent scary slips.The bidet on the toilet was a welcome surprise. And I slept very comfortably on the bed, despite the metal frame feeling a little iffy initially. And the oscillating fan was very handy.Overall, it was a great value and worked perfectly with my travel plans.

There was no host presence, only a rental management company. Amenities definitely need improvement. Minimal glassware and plates, only a single wine glass - plastic. At least two items of furniture were breaking apart, shower floor extraordinarily slippery - needed a towel spread over it to make it usable. In the kitchenette, all the cabinets were above refrigerator level - inaccessible to me at 5 feet and no step stool in evidence. But there were pros: it was clean; good bed, dishwasher worked well, nice "smart" TV, excellent location and parking. We will not be staying there again.
