North Scottsdale 1 Bedroom Stand Alone Guest House With Garage.

What a wonderful place it is! It’s warm and cozy and private. We didn’t want to leave and will be back next year! It’s in a great part of Scottsdale with shopping and grocery stores nearby. The hosts are amazing - just love Bryan and Colleen. They were so accommodating. They love dogs so this is the place to bring one. There’s a beautiful pool and outside area. The front porch was my favorite where I read and enjoyed cocktails and coffee in the morning. This is an amazing place to stay!

We just returned from our 8 night stay. From start to finish, our experience was above and beyond. Communication with Colleen and Bryan was top notch. The area is beautiful and desert-y. The casita was clean, cute and roomy with everything anyone could need ... we didn't prepare meals in casita, but it has a fully functional kitchen (microwave/toaster oven). The best part for me was use of their large private backyard and garage which was attached to the casita. We didn't use the pool due to temperature, but it was an attractive addition to our backyard view. There were many large stones in the yard that our young Doodle loved practicing his "place" on --- he loved (once he figured out that grass wasn't an Arizona thing) roaming the yard... supervised. We met and visited with Bryan a few times and also met their two sweet little dogs .. they were kind of the official greeters :) We were not on the property during daytime hours but returning in the evening to a safe and quiet casita was appreciated. (the casita was very close to my Mom's and made travel so easy) If we take the long drive from SC to AZ again, we would love to stay in this cute casita again!
