This perfect lake cottage is located in the Riverbend subdivision, on Lyons Creek Cove. Enjoy long walks in the neighborhood and some of the best waterfront on Lake Gaston. Deep water off the dock is perfect for the big kids and water sports. Shallow water near shore is perfect for the smaller kids. Everyone will enjoy spending their day relaxing at one of the nicest boat houses on the lake.

The owner answered my questions about the property very quickly. Upon arriving at the property we found everything was exactly as it is listed but even better. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could need to prepare meals for a large group. We were there for a three day family get together. The bedrooms met our needs perfectly and queen mattresses were really comfortable. We gathered on the huge screen porch at night overlooking the water. So peaceful. Table and chairs as well as wonderful rocking chairs and a swing. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower. The dock was large and the owners provided not only table and chairs but more seating was also available. We felt so at home and will definitely go back. Mary and Jim Jacobs

We had a wonderful stay. The house fit our needs perfectly. The home is well stocked and comfortable. The screened in porch and the quick walk to the dock with deep water swimming was exactly what we were looking for in a lake house. Bonus points for the firepit and wood!! Thank you for sharing.

Beautiful house on the lake. We liked the huge kitchen/dining room table and comfortable couch. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and it was nice to wake up and have a view of the lake from the bedrooms. Very relaxing, nice place to stay.
