Unit #307 is 1 of 2 units that have 3 bedrooms w/ a Bonus Room. This ~2,100 sq ft. spacious luxury condo has an unobstructed view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your private balcony as you watch the boats and dolphins make their way through the Intracoastal.

NOTE: When booking, it's imperative that you accurately enter the total number of guests (adults and children) and if you plan to bring a pet it must be noted in the reservation. If it is found that you have more guests and or an unregistered pet during your stay that does not match your reservation, at minimum, there would be surcharges for the additional guests and pets or you may be asked to immediately vacate the property, and no refund for the the remaining days will be issued.
