Great stay. Apartment is very clean, and full kitchen is great - could easily make this home base for an extended stay on Maui, as it really is a 1 bedroom apartment.Great communication with host, and on-site caretaker (Moe) was extremely helpful with giving us access, and dealing with an uncooperative shower control. Thanks, Moe!!We were only there for an overnight, but there is a nice patio outside, ample parking, and unit is very quiet. Easy access to north shore of Maui, and is at the beginning og the Road to Hana, so very convenient to airport, Kahului, Halakala NP, etc..Mahalo!

Cute little space, clean, nice bathroom. The kitchen had the basics but nothing more. Our biggest complaint was when we arrived, not clear instructions of how to find which building and unit was ours and it was soo dark, not much outdoor lighting. However, when I messaged the host on the app, I got a phone call within less than 5 minutes and he stayed on the line with me until we found our door and got inside! Great communication! When the AC quit, it was fixed before we got home that day! This space is not fancy, a little outdated, but if you're not too high maintenance, it's a great way to save some money on your trip, very reasonable price! Of note, Google maps could not find it, took us down the wrong road as well as a tour guide that came to pick us up.

The manager was on site when I arrived and was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and peaceful which was welcome after a long flight.

The location of this house is somewhat difficult to find, but the owner was helpful in guiding us. The entrance lock is overly complicated and confusing to operate; it’s unclear why such a design was chosen. There is inadequate lighting outside the entrance of Unit #1 and in the parking lot. If you’re checking in at night, the area is pitch dark, and you’ll need a flashlight.The cleanliness of the house was disappointing. There were stain marks in the kitchen, the electric range was very dirty, and the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned. We also found spiders behind the bed and in the closets. While the bedroom itself was clean, the overall condition of the house fell far below expectations. Considering the significant amount I paid for this stay, I was expecting a much cleaner and more comfortable experience for my family. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property for families.
