About this apartment rental
I have a large 2nd floor studio apartment. This apartment is separate from the main house and has it's own yard fenced yard. There is a 22x12 deck with a gas grill. My property is on what is left of a large farm and is 1 mile from Downtown Brighton, The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a basic kitchen area with Fridge, Microwave and coffee . This is a simple place with nice accommodations. Mount Brighton Skiing is 1 mile and Brighton State recreation area is 1 mile. The city of Brighton is in walking distance too approx 1 mile. There is a $150 security deposit and if there is no damage it will be refunded!
This apartment is the 2nd floor with lots of Privacy. There is a school across the street with a playground.The place has a rustic feel but is not some kind of place to have a party etc! Visitors are ok as long as you respect the property.

We were in for a graduation. The space is as described and pictured. It was in the upper 80's the entire time we were there and the AC plus the fan kept it cool in there (for those of us from south Texas). I was particularly impressed with the mattress and pillows. They were very comfortable and not like normal Vrbo's where the pillows go flat middle of the night. Would definitely stay again. The host gave good specific instructions before we arrived that was appreciated. Only thing is that if you have mobility issues, there is a large staircase to get into the spot. Highly recommend.

Property was as listed online. Good for short stays. We stayed 4 nights. There are limited towels, etc and with no washer and dryer in the unit. We had to be conservative and reuse towels (not something we prefer). No a/c in the unit, but the small wall heater worked great.

The host had excellent communication and quickly replied to any questions i had. The apartment was very clean and cozy whoch sas important since it was so cold outside. The location was excellent just 5 minutes from downtown Brighton and grocery stores and restaurants. I woukd highly recommend this apartment and owner
