About this apartment rental
This is a terrific 2 bedroom basement apartment to make your home away from home base when you visit Denver and Colorado! Large and bright, comfy high quality furniture and beds with high quality comforters and sheets, roomy stocked bathroom with lush bath towels. On sight laundry within your apartment. On sight and easy street parking. Nice back yard, with plenty of room to read a book, for dining, and enjoying the lovely Denver evenings! Within the historic neighborhood of Park Hill are several delicious neighborhood bistros, coffee shops, specialty retailers, wine shop, yoga studios, and more! There is also a Rec Center with terrific work out equipment (daily passes available). To the west of this terrific apartment, just a short walk or bike ride, is City Park (Denver's largest park, where you will find lake, boat house, world class zoo and the Nature and Science Museum and public golf course). Just beyond City Park, heading West, you hit Uptown--where there are numerous terrific restaurants and bars and just beyond is the heart of downtown Denver. To the East is the Stapleton Neighborhood, with more shopping, restaurants, oodles of parks and bike paths. We are on convenient bus routes and close to the new light rail that will whiz you to the airport and downtown. I-70 is convenient to the apartment and heading west, you will find all the wonderfulness that Colorado has to offer!

The apartment was just as advertised. The rooms were clean, and everything was just as I expected. The neighborhood was great- centrally located and safe. Herbert was responsive to the few question I had. I would highly recommend this property when staying in Denver.

Great basement apartment. Very clean. Only issue were the very loud floors overhead. The renters upstairs make for a very squeaky evening.

It would be nice to have a hotplate as it is pretty hard to cook anything but we knew there wouldn't be one.

Rental is somewhat smaller than in looks online. Host lives above, so some noise with people walking around in the late evening. No ability to use outdoor space. Windows would not enable exit in event of fire, so probably would not book again due to that. Listing likely showed these items but we did not realize in advance.
