The comforting living room features a FLAT SCREEN TV, comfy pull out QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA and sliding glass doors that open to the step-out lanai offering sweeping views of the Atlantic.
Visit delicious local restaurants or create amazing meals in the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN that has been recently remodeled with granite countertops, new cabinets and appliances.
Get a great night's sleep in the PRIMARY bedroom with QUEEN size bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV and simple ocean inspired décor. The bathroom features a tiled walk in SHOWER.
Guest Access:
Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:
- 24/7 Front Gate Security
- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)
- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.
- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo
- Two private Tennis courts
- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;
- 2 Parking spots per reservation
- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available. The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.
Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in The Keys.

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED
Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.
MARINA INFORMATION:
Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.
The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.
Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

I am available by phone or email anytime. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. I love my home and want my guest to enjoy the Florida Keys as much as I do. I will graciously give recommendations for fishing charters, restaurants and things to do.

Wonderful property! The location was perfect, view from the unit was beautiful. There was a big Osprey nest straight in front of the balcony. We wish we had binoculars with us because we could see there were babies in the nest. Beach was nice to sit on and enjoy the view. It must have been off season because we had no trouble getting chairs with shade (mid-April 2026). Unit was very nicely decorated and clean! Great location between Beach and pool. We didn't use pool or pool Cafe so I can't comment on those except the building was the best location to use the pool and beach. My only complaint is that I wish we had more time to spend there!! We hope the unit is available the next time we travel to the Keys!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. We wanted something affordable, with amenities and this delivered. The whole unit was very clean, the pool was amazing and the little beach was great. There were pool noodles and came with a cooler which was great for day trips. The pool bar was amazing (but very expensive). It was a really nice quite area and really felt like we were in a hotel. There were plenty of other families of vacation and really didn't have an issue getting seats by the beach or pool.

The host, Largo, was very helpful right from the beginning when we were looking for a place to stay, during our stay, and for checkout instructions. Largo was always there for us. The property was immaculate. It was clean and had everything we needed for our three weeks stay. The ocean view from the deck was magnificent. The onsite Island Grill restaurant was fantastic. The beach area was very clean and a great place for some sun. The entire Ocean Pointe property was well maintained and clean. The property was gated, with a security guard on duty at the entrance gate. The location was perfect. We found many local restaurants and things to do within 10-15 miles. Many were closer to Ocean Pointe. I would highly recommend working with Largo and staying at this condo for your next vacation.

Host was very helpful and very very patient with us old people.Condo was clean and comfortable and it was just what we needed to get out of the cold air in north Florida. Location was great and close to everything you could possibly need.Thank you for sharing your property with us!!
