The Space:
With thoughtful and creative touches both inside and out mixed with a keen attention to the smallest of details, this oceanfront condo exudes a breezy sense of magic, whimsy and laid back Florida Keys style.
Located on the top floor of building 3, you'll find coastal inspired two bedroom two bathroom tastefully decorated apartment with kitchen, bath, furniture, and bedding, including appliances and washer/dryer.
Gather in the spacious living room with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from. There is also a large flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in.
The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed with superior 400 thread count sheets, flat screen television and ensuite master bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.
No need to look any further. This resort and our unit offers everything that you are looking for when seeking an extraordinary vacation. Relax, sit back, and enjoy the Florida Keys as you watch the sunrise from the step out balcony.
Your condo will come stocked with the following items in your Welcome Kit to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap
Guest Access:
Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:
- 24/7 Front Gate Security
- Pocket Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided on the beach area)
- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.
- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo
- Poolside Bar & Concession - Island Grill at Ocean Pointe
- Two private Tennis courts with Pickleball Nets
- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;
- 2 Parking spots per reservation
- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available.
The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, a 14 person jacuzzi, private sandy beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, private cocktail lounge, cafe, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.
Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in The Keys. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests.

Please treat me home as if it was your own. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED
Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent.
Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.

This a great property with lots of amenities and comfortable units. The only thing I needed that it did not have was a little bit larger outdoor space in the unit itself. The balconies were very small. But live music with great drinks and dinner right on the property? That was awesome!

Our family had an excellent 4 night stay. The unit was in great condition and had everything that we needed. The host was proactive with communication and very responsive. Would highly recommend!
