Condo was comfortable clean and quiet!

We loved our stay in the beach condo! Super quiet, comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Walkable to beach. There were chairs, boogie boards, wagon and beach towels. The place is on the back-side of the complex overlooking a canyon/trees. Extremely quiet. Pool, covered parking and laundry room close-by. Kitchen and bath fully stocked. We had everything we needed. The only thing mentioned in the description that wasn’t available was A/C. It was only warm one night but otherwise was perfect weather. One of the rooms had a ceiling fan. Walking distance to a middle school with a turf soccer field with goals. Drivable within minutes to grocery store and restaurants.

This is lovely and clean inside. We had 2 cars as my son and I traveled there from 2 different cities. There is only 1 parking space. A kind woman was there when we were parking, and she offered us her space for the second car as she was not using it. Besides this, my only other complaint is that this is the very first Vrbo I have ever stayed in where there was no coffee available to use in the morning. We found a Starbucks online and left for the day.The down comforter on the master bedroom king size bed was way too hot and heavy for the night, and I wished I had just used a lighter blanket from the hall cupboard. I would not choose to stay here again, mostly because it’s location was far away from where we mostly wanted to spend our time which was in the downtown area where the restaurants are and the beach boardwalk and the UCSC campus.
