Summertide = awesome! 8BR 5BA stand-alone, beachfront, home. Private, heatable, pool. Sprawling single level layout. Accommodates up to 26.
NEW DECK just completed. Ready for Summer! Speaking of.... ONE week opened up. Grab it fast!
Summertide is a sprawling gulf front home with 8 bedrooms and 5 baths, sleeping up to 26 people. It is located approximately 5.2 miles west of Hwy. 59 on West Beach Blvd., in Gulf Shores. A uniquely designed one level home, Summer Tide features a south and a north wing, each with a fully equipped kitchen and an open deck that wraps around the east side of the property. The layout for this home allows added privacy and is perfect for multiple families, or a family wanting some separation between adults and children.
The South wing of Summer Tide has four bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each, one room with two double/single bunk beds, and a bunk room with two single bunks. There are three full baths in this wing: two private and one Hollywood bathroom (shared by the rooms with the queen bed and two twins). The master suite in this South wing is gulf front with picture windows and a tub–soak away your worries and enjoy the view.
The North wing of Summer Tide also features picture windows on the East side of the property offering views from the living area and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with a king bed, and two full baths (one private and one shared).
Please note the bunk room in the middle of the home has doors to both the north and south wings, and the east side of that room can act as a hallway when renting both wings (the "whole house"). Also, the wings can ONLY be rented separately in winter for long term "snow bird" type stays, and when this is done, they are completely self-contained.
Both living areas offer good great gulf views and each includes a queen sleeper sofa for a bit of extra sack space. A ground floor entry features a foyer and sleeping area with two bunk beds that would be great for four children. The covered parking for Summer Tide is ample.

Big pool! 27x19x3-5', Rectangle. Pool lounge furniture provided. Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a per night surcharge for length of stay (gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Fee subject to change due to incredibly high gas rates right now. Any online quote will show the optional fee and its current pricing. You may also add it after booking by simply requesting the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. See our FAQ about heatable pools too.
No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

Everything is as stated. Spacious, clean and great view. If you need bedrooms and a swimming pool, this is your spot on the beach!!

We had a blast!! Three generations: Grandparents, kids, and grandkids and all of us agree this place is the winner!! We have been renting houses on West Beach for the past 10 years and we were all amazed by the decor and comfort and spacious living area. We have very tall athletic men in our family and having king size beds in almost every bedroom was a relief. Everything we could possibly want or need was provided and the pool was wonderful- from our youngest (8 year old grandson) to hip hop and happening grandma (age is only a number 😎)we enjoyed it immensely. My husband was so impressed with the deck area that he is redoing the deck around our pool with composite lumber!! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us and we look forward to staying there again next year!!

The house, the beach, communications, and even when we needed something ... just fantastic. We loved the big decks and the pool too. This was everyone's favorite beach home by far! We hated to leave and can't wait to come back. Summertide was just... wow! Thnak you!

View was gorgeous! House had plenty of room! Pool was great! We had 9 kids ages 1-13 and 8 adults and there was plenty of room. Definitely would stay here again! Oh and communication with the property management was amazing!
