Oceanfront estate perched above the Atlantic with sweeping views and tremendous privacy. Sprawling 4-bedroom, 4-full bathroom waterfront home with spectacular views of Narragansett Bay, Bonnet Shores Beach, and Beavertail Lighthouse. Experience an atmosphere of tranquility and calm with sunrise views, a magical glow at sunset and the moon shining on the water at night. High ceilings and open-plan one level living spread over 2,400 square feet offers flexibility and an impressive sense of space. Walk out to a fully furnished terrace and deck that provide the perfect setting for entertaining or relaxing while listening to the waves crash along the bluff and beach. Each of the three main bedrooms features its own private en-suite with a fourth full bathroom off the hallway. A bonus room is also set up as a fourth bedroom. Built in 1947, this home features some thoughtful modern appointments which strike a nice balance with its original retro roots. Central air conditioning, new stainless-steel appliances, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and new furniture both inside and out, just to name a few. With walk-on access to a private beach and located a short 5-minute drive from Narragansett Town Beach and Narrow River and only 15 minutes from Scarborough State Beach, this home offers the perfect beach vacation getaway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach towels, and beach toys are all available for your use. Visit nearby Newport for an easy day trip, abundant dining options and activities, or take a ferry to Block Island or Martha’s Vineyard for the day. The list of vacation activities available in this area is endless. Enjoy your next family vacation from this luxurious home with all the amenities for summer enjoyment. Home sleeps 14 people. Tennis court seen in photos is unusable. Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with the payment of additional pet fee, limit 2 dogs.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The location and views are amazing. The foot path to the beach is so convenient. The house comes with everything you need…from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs. Overall, we would highly recommend and will definitely return.

We stayed at here with my extended family for four nights for my son’s college graduation (May 2026). It is so charming, spacious, and clean with pristine grounds and the most beautiful views of the water. It has literally everything you need. Plenty of seating, beds, and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, and sweeping views of the water from almost every space in the house. Great outdoor space with large deck and rolling grounds -all overlooking the water. Catch the beautiful sunrise and enjoy peaceful evenings listening to the waves from the cove as you enjoy the outdoor gas fire place and stare at the stars. The location is perfect and close to all the hot spots including the Coast Guard House, Narragansett beach, convenience stores , liquor store and great little plaza with bagels, pizza, super fun local bar and ice cream. Point Judith and Newport are a hop skip and jump away. Brian was extremely helpful and responsive from the time we booked and through out our stay, and the check in process was so easy! Oh - and did I mention the beautiful views?! That’s reason enough to rent this lovely home!!

Host should write information in book about how to get to the private beach if allowed to access that beach which it says you can in rental info. Beach would be nice place to take pictures. Clean rooms, very spacious. Kitchen has nice lay out. Host was very quick to get back to us regarding our check-in information. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would stay there again.
