Here are some suggestions the Owner might consider to make future renters' vacations even more enjoyable:1. Fix the icemaker so it will produce ice.2. Provide replacement boxes of Kleenex, and a thicker brand of toilet paper.3. Replace hot tub controls or provide a written step by step procedure how to operate. The video we received didn't provide enough detailed information.4. Addition of two overhead fans on patio would be an excellent addition for summer rentals. The grilling area was especially nice.5. Hand rails at pool steps and the hot tub are needed for older people such as ourselves.6. A dish sponge and fly swatters were left for future guests.7. Clock above mantle needs a new battery.8. Easy chair in sitting area needs to have left leg evaluated.9. Property Manager was VERY responsive to our needs and had an HVAC technician onsite who repaired the system within a few hours after our call.10. We were extremely pleased that the poolside suite became available for our use without an additional charge. For future rentals the owner might consider adding a dresser for the storage of clothes, and replacing a missing slat in the window shade. The mattress was excellent.

Luke was great, from the moment we booked to our check out! He was always open to help if an issue came up (none did)! The house was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! Clean house, refreshing pool and a nice size kitchen!

This house was perfect for what we needed. Super clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very courteous and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived to a dirty home that had not been cleaned after the last guest's stay. The property manager immediately tried to get cleaners in and the place was finally cleaned 31/2 hours after our arrival. We then had to contact her for many oversights, not sufficient supplies -ie toilet paper , no shampoo. She was effective at rectifying the oversights but these were items that should always be stocked and available. There were no thoughtful extras like at many vrbo properties I have stayed in in the past , ie salt and pepper , oil . Glassware and china were either chipped or in short supply .. no plastic wine glasses for around the pool . In the end we enjoyed our stay, however I can't see myself booking this property again.
