Location was perfect. Private, on the beach. Plenty of room to roam, inside and out. The laundry was clean but piled high unfolded in the laundry room. Some construction ongoing. That stuff is minor and I would recommend this place to anyone. Great golf nearby at Lakewood Shores.

I will start with the positives. The property offers amazing views and seclusion. The indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious allowing everyone to gather or take some quiet time. It is close to amenities in town. The downside was is was not clean upon arrival. We ended up having to wash sheets and clean floors, bathrooms and kitchen after driving 13 hours. I notified the host and he tried to blame us at first. I sent him pictures of the property as we found it and a before and after of the kitchen sink. He later accommodated us and said he has hired new cleaners. I hope so for the next guests.
