Steve’s place is in a great location, a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into central Parksville. We didn’t run out of things to do with our toddler and dog! The house itself was lovely, we had everything we needed with the benefit of the washer/dryer… always great with a toddler. Thanks for having us Steve!

Thank you so much, this property was a delightful surprise. Could not have been more comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. Was very well located to all the sites we wanted to see had everything we needed to prepare a few meals and was close to a really fun restaurant The Black Goose Inn by the beach. Highly recommend this property, would definitely book it again.

The unit was clean and comfortable for our family and was in a very good location.
However, the coffee maker on counter was not functional, can use a cleaning.
We used another coffee maker in cupboard which could also use a cleaning.
The toaster did not work either. Linens (towels, bedsheets) are old and faded.
No bath supplies (shampoo/conditioner) in upstairs bathroom.
This unit needs more careful attention to housekeeping aspects.
