LIVING SPACES
At the heart of the home, a dramatic 17‑foot kiva fireplace brings warmth and character to the open‑plan living area, furnished with a large sectional sofa and a 65" smart TV equipped with popular apps like Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix, and Peacock. Integrated Sonos speakers provide rich, balanced sound throughout the living area, elevating your time at home. A dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable seating overlooks the mountains, offering a second beautiful setup for remote work, planning local adventures, or managing day‑to‑day life during longer stays. French doors open onto the terrace, inviting you to ease into the day with a warm cup in hand.

Ascend the beautifully crafted hardwood spiral staircase to a cozy, spacious loft retreat. This versatile space is ideal for reading, enjoying a quiet moment, or playing games after a day of exploring Santa Fe.

KITCHEN AND ENTERTAINING:
The chef’s kitchen flows seamlessly into the living areas and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with three stools for casual dining or keeping the cook company. It is fully equipped with quality cookware and everything you need to make cooking effortless, including:

- Coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and French press

- A reverse osmosis system for fresh, filtered drinking water

A six‑seat dining table offers a beautiful space to gather and share meals, surrounded by brick floors, vigas, and an architectural sense of place that's both grounded and refined.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Two beautifully appointed king suites offer plush carpeting, custom‑woven rugs, generous closet space, and access to the outdoors. The primary suite opens onto a private terrace and features a smart TV, an in‑room Sonos speaker, and an elegant en suite bath with a skylit walk‑in shower. Radiant heated brick floors in both bathrooms provide a welcome touch of warmth on cool Santa Fe mornings. Both bedrooms feature premium linens, tower fans, and in‑room humidifiers for added comfort. Guests frequently remark on the exceptional comfort of the beds and linens, and the serene design elements throughout promote relaxation and truly restful sleep.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE & WORKSPACE
A luxury for remote professionals, the detached executive office offers quiet privacy just steps from the main home. THE TERRACE
Step onto the enclosed, private terrace and take in panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, nearby badlands, and the high‑desert landscape. A gas grill offers a convenient way to cook and dine outdoors while taking in the views. Between the whisper of the breeze in the aspens, the occasional hummingbird passing by, and the faint, distant notes from the Santa Fe Opera on summer nights, the terrace offers a kind of quiet that feels both alive and serene. As night falls, the sky transforms into a celestial wonderland, with millions of stars shimmering in one of the darkest night skies you’ll experience.

THE COURTYARD
The guest suite opens into a spacious private courtyard, framed by lush landscaping, a seasonal rose garden, and the gentle sound of mountain air through the aspens. With comfortable seating for four, this outdoor living space is ideal for afternoon reading, casual gatherings, or a quiet escape from the sun.

The courtyard provides guests with a shaded, serene setting that is perfect for private reflection or relaxed conversation. Whether you’re here for rest, reconnection, or a creative reset, Casa Serenata’s outdoor environment offers a level of peace, privacy, and natural beauty rarely found in a mid‑term Santa Fe vacation rental.

This was the most extraordinary home away rental we have booked across any platform. The house itself was just as depicted - but exceeded our expectations as the kitchen was filled with all the dishes, small appliances, and more than we could have imagined finding in a getaway home. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable, linens pristene and bathrooms superbly appointed. One of our favorite spots was the patio facing the amazing Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The landscaping was also mature - with beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the home. The view changed by the moment. The home was situated near the Santa Fe Opera House, Tesuque Village, and just minutes from Santa Fe - we had the best of being situated outside the city and yet had ready access to all that Santa Fe has to offer. It was also an ideal spot to take day trips to Los Alamos, Valles Caldera, and Ghost Ranch and surrounds.Randy was a consummate host - answering our queries shortly after we reached out! We felt the house lived up to its name - truly a place to experience serenity and restore the spirit. We will definitely be back!

First and foremost, we need to acknowledge how amazing Randy was as our host. From our pre-communications, when we were first considering the property, all the way through to checkout, Randy was prompt, and thorough, and treated us like family. The location of the property in Tesuque is perfect for a visit to Santa Fe. Ten minutes to grocery stores, twelve to the Plaza, but with the seclusion of a gated community within peaceful, completely quiet hills. The mountain view from the back courtyard (as well as the living room and primary bedroom) is divine. The home is exquisitely appointed. The furniture, art, and decor are authentically New Mexican, comfortable, and stylish. Luxurious linens and textiles truly make this property feel much more like a home than a rental. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the necessities and more. It was actually such a pleasure to have new, complete sets of glasses, utensils, linens, and cookware (a rarity among rentals). In addition to two spacious bedrooms there is a large loft retreat and a very large office/flex room (detached from the main house). The separate laundry room features two new machines. The property lists as two bedrooms but has much more space than that implies. The bathrooms are beautiful—heated floors, luxurious towels, gorgeous and large main bedroom shower, and lovely supplied toiletries.Simply put, this was the best vacation rental we have ever enjoyed in over 30 years of travel around the world.
