We loved this apartment in Newport! It fit our families need perfectly. You cannot beat the location! Our only two complaints would include the potential of a slightly larger couch or seating to accommodate more in the living area, although it is a small space. The second would be that the walls between the other apartment is very thin. Not much you can do about that but it is something to be aware of. Regardless we would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent!

Great location! There wasn’t anyone in the other unit until our last night thank goodness because we could hear every word they said. They were just starting their trip and we had an early flight. We would not have liked having someone (or at least that group) next to us during our whole stay. The living room area only has a love seat and there were three of us so one of us sat on a folding chair while we relaxed. But, the location was fantastic! Everything was clean! And communication was great!

Very clean and well appointed. Great area of town. 2 couples sharing the apt. Only negative is not enough seating in living area for 4 or 6 people to sit at the same time.
