"Lemon Drop" is a sunny 2BR/2BA canal-front home in Key Colony Beach, perfect for a warm island getaway. The lush tropical backyard feels like your own private resort, featuring a saltwater pool with jetted spa overlooking the water, private dock, a hammock for relaxing and a screened porch for enjoying the tropical breeze. Includes Cabana Club access with a heated pool and private beach, just a short walk away! Dockage includes two slips (35 ft. and 20 ft.) with a boat lift between them.

Fully renovated and ready to welcome you and your guests! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with a workspace desk and large dining table, plus a convenient laundry room. Both king bedrooms feature private en-suite baths, while a daybed off the main living area provides additional sleeping space for guests. Ample parking is available in the front of the home.
