About this house rental
The cape cod getaway house is situated in a quiet area approx. .4 miles to south shore beaches, playground for the kids, fishing, boating , jet skiing, parasailing etc. there is a brick patio with an enclosed gazebo, and dining table that seats 6, gas grill, outdoor shower, and a firepit to cook smores with the kids, the house has 2 bedrooms one has a queen size bed, the other has 2 twin beds, one tile bath with tub/shower. the living room has a pull out couch, recliner, 40'' flat screen tv , fireplace, and window ac unit.
the kitchen area has a gas stove, microwave oven coffeemaker, all cooking utensils, and dining table. guest provide towels and linens as well as your beach needs.

Perfectly small quaint cottage in a great quiet neighborhood convenient to everything. Perfect for 1-4 people. Kitchen had everything needed but also close to so many good restaurants. The amount of beaches on the sound and bay at all 3-15 minute drives are seemingly endless. Lots to explore. Mattresses definitely updated and firm and comfortable. No washer/dryer so bring own linens and towels but very small concession to make. Host very responsive and helpful. Very positive experience.
