Everything was picture perfect. The parking was especially convenient. The balcony was wonderful - as a self-proclaimed beach bum I surprised myself by not being in a hurry to get “toes in the water” bc I was very content on the balcony. Beach chairs & umbrella was included with rental and Extra parking passes are available on 8th floor in the vending machine (somehow missed the memo re both of these things, chair service discovered when we went to rent on day 3-ha). Owner was great communicator answering questions quickly. Condo is very well stocked , only suggestion would be to bring a fave pot/pan if you cook often. The “non stick” pans provided were badly scratched up and should probably be replaced soon. That being said, I have owned beach rentals myself, so I know these things happen within a short amount of time by ppl using the wrong utensils (uugghhh) and it gets very costly to replace all the things that should last many years. Beds were super comfy. Decor was cute. Laundry - superb machines. Quiet and small bldg. pool area was obviously dated but also very well maintained. Did not use hot tub or sauna or gym. Security guards were very friendly / helpful and their presence was known but not intrusive. Location was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this unit for families, couples, beach friends who don’t mind paying a bit more to go to the top. It is well worth it.
