Perfect location and safe roomy porch for all to enjoy the view. Such easy access to the beach with a place to store your beach accessories outside downstairs and even a shower/hose to rinse off. Definitely recommend!! No fighting for a place a on the beach either. Walk straight out to setup. Highly suggest Mike's for dinner to walk to.

I love people at Blue Swell. The location was great. The furniture is not conducive for older couples. I would tell the owners the following. The master bed needs replacing. The dining room only has stools and not comfortable at all. I have stayed at several places with Blue Swell and have been satisfied with their management. We will stay again next year with them but not at this condo.

The house was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The convenience of having the beach in our “backyard” with 4 kiddos, the easy access to go to the beach and back home after a day in the sun and water was a major plus! We bonded by cooking in the kitchen & eating on the patio as a family, I appreciate the hosts/housekeeping for providing the best first Florida experience for our family of 6.

Great location and very nice property! It’s very private and peaceful. My only issue was it was not cleaned very well. Showers had hair and other things on the floors. Downstairs floors made our feet black within 30 minutes and bed sheets had brown/red stains on them.
