Outdoor area complete with Pottery Barn patio furniture surrounding Fire pit, additional dining tables. Large hot tub. Bocce ball court, Horseshoe Pit.
Movie Theater has seating for 23 people, 140 inch HD Screen.
Next level up is a large open living room with 20 foot high ceilings that capitalize on the breathtaking views of Tahoe's tallest Mountain Mt. Tallac. We had a wonderful stay! Our group had 26 people, and the house felt very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to eat, relax, and hang out together. The entrance faces the neighborhood, but the large backyard made the home feel private, which we really appreciated. The location was also great—close to town and the beach. Mark was responsive before and during our trip, and all communication was easy and appreciated. Overall, it was a beautiful house and a great place for our celebration!
