This very charming apartment is located at first floor (one flight of stairs to climb) of a building dating back to 1700, once belonging to the Cardinals,
You will be at true 50 yards from S. Peter's square.
Absolutely no need of elevator.
The apartment consists in a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms and a lovely terrace which is great for your outdoor aperitivos, dinner or lunch.
Internet connection, Samsung Smart Tv, WIFI in all rooms even terrace, Jacuzzi tub, shower, absolutely quiet,
Air conditioning in all rooms (just installed in May 2021)
Miele top quality washer and dryer, induction cooktop in the kitchen, microwave oven and traditional oven.
Comfort and class, with functionality. Comfortable beds, sofas, soft lights, Jacuzzi tub, top quality linens. All of the crockery, cutlery, glasses etc that you could need.
Smoking indoor is not permitted , but you may smoke in the terrace.

The apartment was fantastic. Lots of room, very clean, absolutely perfect for our stay! The host was fantastic, he was in constant communication with us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. There were plenty of small grocery stores right down the road, and pizza and pasta was right across the street!

Alberto was such a great host. Appreciate all the assistance, support and information he provided to make our stay such a wonderful vacation. He was very attentive to our requests and very prompt in responding.

Power breaker kept shutting off power, the place has bed bugs wife daughter and son have bites. They need new cleaners as who they are using are really bad. Overall, disappointed expected better
