This very charming apartment is located at first floor (one flight of stairs to climb) of a building dating back to 1700, once belonging to the Cardinals, You will be at true 50 yards from S. Peter's square. Absolutely no need of elevator. The apartment consists in a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms and a lovely terrace which is great for your outdoor aperitivos, dinner or lunch. Internet connection, Samsung Smart Tv, WIFI in all rooms even terrace, Jacuzzi tub, shower, absolutely quiet, Air conditioning in all rooms (just installed in May 2021) Miele top quality washer and dryer, induction cooktop in the kitchen, microwave oven and traditional oven. Comfort and class, with functionality. Comfortable beds, sofas, soft lights, Jacuzzi tub, top quality linens. All of the crockery, cutlery, glasses etc that you could need. Smoking indoor is not permitted , but you may smoke in the terrace.

We had a wonderful week-long stay in Rome, and Alberto's apartment served as an excellent launch point for our adventures. The apartment was exactly as described, and you can't beat the location - steps from St. Peter's and restaurants around every corner. We hope to return in the future (coins were tossed in the Trevi Fountain to ensure it!).

Very well located for Vatican City and St Peter's. The property is spacious and comfortable with some outside space, and is secure. There are facilities to wash and dry clothes so you can pack light, too. Good wifi if you need it. Alberto is very easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend.

This apartment was a great location for our family of 5. Main purpose of trip was for religious pilgrimage and very close to St Peter’s and also nearby taxi stand for other tourist visits. Apartment was well maintained. Kitchen small but we didn’t plan to cook. Shower also not spacious but worked out just fine! Washer/Dryer was convenient and communication with owner was smooth and timely. Didn’t have any issues during our 9-day stay! Would highly recommend!

Perfect location to all sites we wanted to see. The local flavor to the area was also excellent. Great pizza and pasta across the street if you did not want to out and we discovered a small pasta restaurant right around the corner which only sat 10, but the owner and the food was to die for. So much to see and do in 10 days, we want to go back and I would highly recommend this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice with large bedrooms and living area. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after long days walking around Rome. My sister and I felt very safe. Many restaurants close by to walk to. I felt like the apartment allowed us to experience the Italian culture, instead of staying at an American theme hotel (we are from the USA). Alberto was quick to respond to our questions. I would stay here again.

Get a guinine taste of this part of Rome. Very short walk to Vatican City. Lots of local vendors and places to eat. Easy walk to subway. Not crazy about the self check- in process. It’s a bit like a treasure hunt. However, the host was pretty responsive through WhatsApp. The beds are comfortable and the place was nicely decorated. Kitchen extremely small (room for one) but functional. Washer and dryer a real plus. There is a terrace that comfortably sits 4 which was the real highlight and we used it everyday (4 days). The living room furniture needs to be replaced.

Upon arrival check in was reasonably easy. Owner was very responsive and apartment was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. It was in a great neighborhood with access to tons of restaurants with an added bonus the Vatican is a block and a half away. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice 3 night stay at this apartment, in a building situated on a small, quiet side street literally around the corner from the Vatican. Antonio was very helpful in reaching out to us before our trip, arranging our transfer from the airport, and through providing guidance on checking in, wifi, and the apartment amenities. One of the most important amenities turned out to be the air conditioning, which worked fantastically and kept the apartment cool all day and night in spite of record setting outside temperatures! The apartment was well cared for and of good size, with comfortable beds, a well appointed living room area, and a full and a half bath. About 30 yards from the apartment was a cobblestone street (Borgo Pio) filled with small cafes, a convenience store, and multiple gelato shops. If you want to catch a taxi from this area, your best bet is to walk down to the Stazione Taxi San Pietro.

We enjoyed our stay at this location which was only a block from the Vatican. On a quiet street with many restaurants and shops within a block of it. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable and homey. We appreciated the A/C and the washer and dryer. We would definitely book again! Thanks!

The apartment is very nice. We arrived on time Ms it was still in the process of being cleaned. Then our groceries that we bought got thrown away by the cleaning lady. That wasn’t the worst part-the host knew the AC was not working and didn’t tell us. Then when the person came to fix it two days later, he did not fix it. It was so hot and uncomfortable that we could not sleep making 4 days in Rome really difficult. The host was quick to respond via What’s App but we feel like he should have been honest about the AC situation.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were literally minutes from the Vatican, the metro, and shops, restaurants, and markets. Alberto was a gracious host, ensuring we had proper instructions upon arrival, including a recommended car service from the airport. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with a good deal of amenities. The washer and dryer were very excellent. All instructions were in multiple languages, and some had QRCs to scan. Street noise was minimal and we slept well. We would love to come back and have already recommended this property to others.

We had a wonderful time in this classic Roman apartment. We felt like we were part of history. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large common area made this apartment ideal for two couples or a small family. And, the outdoor terrace is a real plus. Very close to Vatican and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Alberto was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We used the owner-recommended ride service to and from the airport and were very pleased with that service. I highly recommend this wonderful property.

We enjoyed our stay here while in Rome. The owner was very helpful with recommending a driving service that was very helpful. Location is perfect, right next to the Vatican, wonderful restaurants, able to walk everywhere from it very easily. Only issue was one key to the street door didn’t work so we were locked out a few times. Once that issue is fixed, no problems!

Loved this place. It was a great place to land in Rome and it Italy for a month long adventure. Just what we wanted — a little luxury and quiet to ease us into the city. The terrace was perfect for a meal we had at home and for morning cafe and biscotti.

He sent restaurant recommendations and a contact for airport transfers. We stayed with our two tween children and the apartment fit us all comfortably. This place checked all the important boxes for us! Super close to Vatican and easy walk to old Rome. The terrace was a perfect respite, if only it had a bit more of a view, but still awesome. We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in the summer. It was very centrally located and convenient that it had a washer and dryer (especially since we were hot and sweaty from walking around all day). The apartment did not have AC in the bedrooms which was unfortunate because it was a bit hot on some nights. The bed in one of the rooms was a sofa bed (although it was comfortable). It would have been nice to have had an extra pair of keys (we had only 1 set). But the location was so convenient (just around the corner from St. Peter’s square) and the host was very responsive. He was very accommodating to let us stay a little longer because of a later flight. Would recommend the apartment since the location was so convenient. We had easy access to buses and food.
