Located in Son Servera less than 500 meters from the beach, the country house "Sa Plana" offers everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
The two-story property features a living room on the ground floor and a smaller lounge upstairs, a spacious kitchen-dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The house accommodates up to 8 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Air conditioning is available only in one bedroom (the one on the ground floor); the other bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The private outdoor area is furnished and includes a pool, an open terrace, and a large covered terrace with a porch of about 60 square meters, as well as a private garden area. Three parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Groups of young people are generally not permitted; at least one guest should be 25 years old or older. Additional deposits may be requested for guests under 25. Smoking is allowed. Events and parties are not permitted. A motor vehicle is recommended for getting around. Noisy motor vehicles such as quads, buggies, dirt bikes, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited.

Pros: The house was very nice from the outside. We particularly liked the pool and the terrace. We quickly found our way to the accommodation thanks to the description.
Cons: The inside of the house was very dirty. There was a used condom in our bedside table, it was very dusty and the kitchen was not clean. We also had to clean the cutlery again.
There were also a few things (e.g. socks) from the previous guests lying around.

Pros: Overall the house ist great. There is a lot of space on the inside and in the garden. Escpecially the big terrace upstairs and the pool are great. The garden is beautiful and well maintained.
The location and the area are very quiet, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Cons: The location is a bit off, so you will definetly need a car if you want to go anywhere. But If a you have a car it's absolutely no problem .
