Well-located property right across from the beach and the beach club. Clean and good beds. It was outfitted fine, though no coffee or laundry detergent. We have stayed in several of the Atrium Villas and please note that the ones on the top floor are lovely but BRIGHT in the mornings. (The "atrium" part). Take sleep masks if you want to sleep in. Very communicative and responsive hosts.
