REYNA 1 is a beautiful Mexican style beachfront home, perfect for your next vacation on the beach! Enjoy a cool happy hour under the giant palapa! Right by the ocean!!
It has all the amenities, including:
- Huge 12 ft palapa to lounge under
- Fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher & disposal, 6 burner gas stove, new stainless steel frig & bonus frig in the garage
- A gas BBQ & fire pot for smores
- A full patio with lounging chairs/ 6 top table, ceiling fan and outside shower
- An indoor fireplace for cooler nights
- Available chef/cooking services at an additional cost
- New linens and beach towels
- Washing machine/dryer
- 2 Bags of ice in the freezer are included
Reyna is right next to beach access so you can launch any watercraft you may have. However, no ATVs or quads are allowed on the Playa Encanto beach sadly.
This home sleeps 10 comfortably, in beds,

This property was amazing. The house is big and spacious. It has everything you could need on your trip to the beach. Me and my family had an amazing time and will be retiring for sure. We highly recommend this listing.
