About this villa rental
A private oasis located a 10min drive from the Darwin CBD a few minutes walk to the beach.
The villa is located at the rear of our property, but not attached to the main house.
The property is very secure. Access is via a large solar powered Sliding Gate at the front of the property, then a short walk down the side of the house to access your villa which has its own wooden Gate then another lockable Glass door to enter your villa.
The tropical villa is stylish and modern consisting of a massive bedroom & stunning ensuite with his & hers vanity & double shower. Huge walk in robe is also included.
The lavish villa has Expansive glass bi-fold doors overlooking manicured gardens & a private plunge pool & bbq area.
The plunge pool is only a metre from the villa. It is lovely to open the glass bi fold doors and the plunge pool is right at your doorstep.
The BBQ is located by the plunge pool. There is a large umbrella above the plunge pool that can be opened or closed and a comfortable table and chairs to relax in whilst soaking up the sunshine. The plunge pool also has seating within the pool, perfect for cooling down whilst sipping on a cold beer. You will have sole use of the private plunge pool and BBQ area during your stay.
Glass louvres throughout the villa allow you to catch the sea breeze.
A/C & ceiling fans add an extra burst of cold air if you need to cool down quickly.
If you feel like kicking back, switch on the flat screen TV, or perhaps watch a DVD from the DVD collection. WIFI Is also Included for your convenience.
There is also a Bar Fridge, Kettle, microwave and a Toaster available for your convenience. Other amenities include dvd's, tumblers, wine & champagne glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Iron, Ironing board and clothes airer. There is not a laundry on the premises but there is a laundry located at the local Shopping centre.
Free parking on the street is available at the front of the property.
Located 10min drive to the Darwin CBD & 7min drive to Casuarina Shopping Centre. Only a few minutes walk to Nightcliff Beach and walking track. Parks, cafes, Restaurants and Nightcliff Markets are also located a short stroll away.

Had great stay, The Tropical Sanctuary lives up to its name. A truly quiet peaceful place to return to and cool down in the plunge pool after a big day of doing all the tourist things around Darwin . It is an easy 15 minute drive into the Darwin CBD, shops are just around the corner and you must do a sundowner at the Nightcliffs waterfront at least once. The room is a good size ,cool and comfortable with a double shower in the bathroom.

The perfect romantic getaway. The property is beautifully designed and appointed, secure, clean and set up with all the necessary consumables. The location is close to the airport, beaches and town.

"It was absolutely incredible! Sally and her family welcomed us with open arms, making us feel completely at home. I was there for work, and my wife and child joined me. Every tiny detail was carefully thought out, and the level of customer care was exceptional. Our stay was nothing short of perfect."
