About this house rental
This wonderful two story condo is located on a quiet street in a desirable neighborhood within walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza. It is beautifully furnished, complete with fireplace, air conditioning, and two outdoor balconies. The house has just been remodeled, upgrading to the fine quality our guests deserve : ) All of the beautiful furnishings are new, including the handcrafted benches and artwork that are made by local Santa Fe artists. The house is well stocked with many items such as extra towels, blankets and pillows, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, teas, cooking oils, spices, etc. Firewood is not supplied but is available at either close by grocery store.

Clean & comfortable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We conserved our own energy by not walking to plaza but you could. Very convenient location with a Sprouts nearby. Lynn was responsive & friendly to communicate with from the beginning of the booking & throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to return to Santa Fe. We had a wonderful visit.

Stayed for three nights, perfect for two couples, 2 baths. Very close short walk, 10 minutes to start of downtown Sante Fe. Quiet area, safe, etc.

We had a great time! We had everything that we needed! The accommodations were comfortable, the parking was included and convenient. Our only regret was having to leave!

Lynn was the perfect host. Her property was pristine and exactly what we needed for our trip. It was a short walk to the plaza and close to the highway. Whenever I had questions, Lynn answered me within minutes. I highly recommend her property for a calm, relaxed visit to Santa Fe.
