Ideal house in the city of Sóller, perfect for hiking or cycling in the Tramuntana mountains.
Located in the heart of Sóller on a quiet street, this house accommodates up to 6 guests. Recently renovated, it retains its rustic charm. Spread over three floors, it features a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms, and three bathrooms. There’s a spacious entrance area for storing bikes or drying clothes. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a crib, and a stove, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. Parking spaces are available within a 5–10 minute walk from the property. The house is an excellent starting point for mountain excursions. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, the nearest bus stop (350 m), and the train station (400 m) are all just a short walk away. The nearest beach, in Port de Sóller, is about a 10-minute drive.
The roof has been renovated for better insulation and waterproofing. The house has central heating (diesel), air conditioning with heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. The central heating system has a time limit to encourage responsible fuel use. Energy consumption (electricity and diesel) is available for an extra fee.

Wonderful home! In the old village. Walk everywhere- its magical. Beautiful design and layout- the stairs were worth it. Parking is tricky so make sure to understand that before parking.. although tickets were only 10 euro so not bad if you make a mistake.Clean, comfy Beds, stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!!

A beautiful house in the centre of the old historic town. Despite the major festivities, the house is absolutely silent and calm. Perfect place to stay as a family and enjoy the mountain trails and lovely villages.

The host was incredible! She did everything she could to make our stay special! Location was perfect and having 3 bathrooms was a luxury! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect-close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with the owner was excellent; they were quick to respond and even very helpful and even shared fantastic recommendations that made the trip even better. I highly recommend!
