About this house rental
Point Break is a spacious split-level beach house offering comfortable accommodation for families and groups, just a short walk from the beach, creek, golf course and village amenities of Crescent Head.
Designed to make the most of its elevated position, the home features multiple living spaces, four bedrooms, three balconies and coastal views from various areas of the property. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area opens onto a large wrap-around balcony, creating an easy indoor-outdoor space for relaxing and spending time together.
The well-equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, ample preparation space and everything needed for family meals and entertaining. Wifi included.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private ensuite and balcony access. The main bedroom features a large deck and enjoys views across the surrounding area.
Downstairs are two generously sized bedrooms, making the property ideal for larger families or groups. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom complete with shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
Parking is available for two vehicles, with one space located at the front of the property and one at the rear, definitely no caravans or camper trailers.
Please note: No pets allowed. No more than 10 people at the property.
The owners require a $500 cash bond and credit card details as a holiday bond.
Personal linen is provided, no need to bring your own sheets, towels and pillowcases.

Good for large groups. Great views of crescent head from lovely large deck. Plenty of space. Would not recommend staying peak summer as not great airflow and gets very hot in mornings. (Air con installed but not available to use by guests).Needs a good spring clean and some minor repairs. Comfortable and great views but I think luxurious is a stretch.Crescent head is fabulous relaxing location.Note: Wifi but not smart TV and Foxtel didn’t work. DVD player but no hdmi cable to connect it.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious over 3 levels. Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets. It was so light and airy and views from just about everywhere - including 3 of the bedrooms. The main bedroom upstairs was spectacular with its own verandah and the most amazing views. In a great location, very quick walk down to the shops, cafes and beach. The house had everything you could need and more.
