Kings Crown Update: The community pool is now open! Pickleball courts are expected to be completed by December 2026. Some elevator repairs are currently ongoing from May - August 2026 to replace door frames and will involve some possible noise disruptions. Updates will be provided when available.

No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
14 night minimum rental period is required year round for this property. Saturday to Saturday bookings. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

The condo is beautiful, immaculate, well appointed, with excellent taste in decor. Everything I needed was there. Had a wonderful time. Would recommend it. The only problem was with TV reception. It's Direct TV and I am not used to it and did not know how to use it. So, I opted out trying in lieu of long beach walks, naps, some shopping and the peace of silence. It was a great vacation. Thank you.
