This spacious two-bedroom basement guest suite is located in a quiet and exclusive Chilliwack Mountain neighborhood, just off Highway 1. We are approximately 5 minutes from downtown Chilliwack, the Coliseum, hospital, shopping centers, and restaurants, and about 30 minutes from Harrison Hot Springs. Lots of fun outdoor activities are just a short drive away!

Enjoy a restful sleep in this private two-bedroom suite, featuring one queen bed and one double bed, both with new memory foam mattresses and fresh linens.

✨ Entertainment & Wi-Fi
A wall-mounted 42-inch Roku Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are provided. Guests can connect their own Netflix or YouTube accounts through the TV. Free Roku Live TV channels and the Tubi free movie/TV app are also available.

✨ Bathroom
A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

✨ Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen includes basic cooking essentials, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and more.

We offer free storage space for bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, hockey equipment, and other outdoor gear.

✨ This private basement suite is located on the LEFT side of the main house and has its own private entrance.

One parking space is available along our black fence. A second parking space is available upon request.

🌼 Washer & Dryer
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Please let us know if you need access to them during your stay.

🌼 Free Outdoor Equipment Storage
We have garage storage available for bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, hockey equipment, and other outdoor gear.

🌼 Family Home
We are a family of four adults who live upstairs. You may occasionally hear normal household sounds from the main floor.

🌿 Fragrance Guidelines
We make reasonable efforts to minimize fragrances between stays; however, because we cannot control products brought or used by guests, a completely fragrance-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

🚫 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay and additional charges. No refund will be provided for unused nights if the reservation is terminated due to a serious rule violation.

🔇 QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours and respect our neighbors and the surrounding community.

🚭 NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite and house. Evidence of smoking may result in additional odor-removal and cleaning charges.

👥 UNREGISTERED VISITORS
All visitors must be approved in advance. Unregistered visitors must leave the property by 9:30 PM.
