One of the home's biggest advantages is its outdoor setting with no rear neighbors. Instead of looking directly into another home's patio or pool area, your family can enjoy a more private backdrop while relaxing on the screened lanai.



The private east-facing splash pool provides a convenient place to cool off between Orlando adventures. Start your morning outside enjoying the Florida sunshine, spend a relaxing afternoon at the home, or return from the theme parks and enjoy a refreshing swim before settling in for the evening.



Inside, the open living area gives everyone a comfortable place to gather after busy days exploring Central Florida. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and all four bedrooms also allow members of your group to spread out and enjoy their own entertainment when it's time to relax.

Solterra Resort is a secure gated vacation community offering an impressive collection of recreational amenities for families visiting Central Florida. RESORT ACCESS FEE



Solterra Resort charges a mandatory amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment must be made directly at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card.
