After exciting days exploring Orlando’s world-famous attractions, return to a spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome designed for reconnecting, relaxing, and making memories together. Young guests can settle into the playful Mickey and Frozen-themed rooms, each featuring a bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed. Meanwhile, the whole family can enjoy refreshing afternoons in the private screened pool. With space for up to 13 guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to share the experience.



Walt Disney World – approximately 20–30 minutes

Universal Orlando Resort – approximately 30–40 minutes



Travel times vary depending on traffic and park entrance. Optional pool heating and access to the shared resort amenities are available for additional fees.

The private swimming pool and screened outdoor area are reserved exclusively for your group. Pool heating may be added for an additional fee with advance notice.



Access to Solterra Resort’s shared amenities is optional and requires a separate one-time fee paid directly to the resort. Community amenities, operating hours, and fees are managed by Solterra and may change.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

For groups of up to 12 guests, the resort currently advertises a one-time access fee of approximately $35 plus applicable taxes for the entire stay. Fees, policies, availability, and operating hours are controlled by the resort and may change without notice.



Guests wishing to use the shared amenities must complete the resort’s registration process and may need to visit the amenity center upon arrival to pay the fee and obtain access credentials.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the gated Solterra Resort, the home offers a family-friendly setting near Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s leading attractions. The community combines the privacy of a vacation home with the option to enjoy resort-style recreational facilities.



Solterra’s shared amenities include a heated resort pool, lazy river, waterslide, community hot tub, fitness center, playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, outdoor gathering areas, and Café Sol. Access to these facilities requires an optional one-time resort fee paid directly to the community.



Outside the resort, guests will find restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, shopping, and everyday conveniences throughout Davenport and the nearby ChampionsGate area. Posner Park, US Highway 27, and Interstate 4 are also within convenient driving distance, providing access to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Disney Springs, and other Central Florida destinations.

Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses, and other Central Florida attractions. Solterra Resort offers convenient driving access to US Highway 27 and Interstate 4.



The home is located within a gated, guard-secured community. All guests and vehicles must complete the resort’s registration and parking-permit requirements before or upon arrival.



Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the designated spaces assigned to the property. Garage parking is not available. Please park only in authorized marked spaces and never on the grass, sidewalk, roadway, or in another residence’s assigned area.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.



The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
