This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is well appointed with everything you need to make your vacation a spectacular one!
The second floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a living room / dining room combination, a half bathroom, washer/dryer and a spacious balcony. The unit has new furniture and rugs to ensure your vacation is relaxing. The open living room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open the balcony. The oversized balcony overlooks the lake in Southbay that offers relaxing views of ducks and turtles. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances as well as cookware and utensils needed to cook up a meal for the family. The dining area adjacent to the living room features a table with seating for 6.
The first floor has a master bedroom with a King size bed, master bathroom, the guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds. one has a queen bed and a guest bathroom.
This unit is within walking distance to all the amenities of South Bay including the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Complex amenities include a 5-acre stocked fishing lake, two pools (one heated in winter) and a children’s pool, two tennis courts and a 300’ private beach frontage.

The townhouse could use a little updating but it was nice and clean. The bed in the master needs a new mattress for sure. The lakeview was nice and the balconies were huge. The beach was further away than I was expecting but not terribly far. We travel all the beaches and Destin is our favorite by far!

We absolutely loved the location!! Perfect walk to the beach! My little girl LOVED the turtles swimming! I left a very sentimental item and contacted them within a day it was mailed to me! Very nice and easy communication! We will definitely book with them again! 10/10 recommendations!

We had a wonderful experience at Southbay 61! The property itself was super quiet and away from the highway. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and turtles.
