Welcome to Your Destin Beach Getaway
Our family-friendly beach townhome is located in the private, gated South Bay by The Gulf community in the heart of Destin. Enjoy easy beach access, resort-style amenities, and a peaceful place to come home to.
Beach Access
The community’s private beach is just a 3-minute walk away, with no driving, parking, or busy streets to cross.
Head out for a morning swim, come back for lunch or anything you forgot, then walk back down for sunset. Some complimentary beach chairs are available inside the unit, and chair-and-umbrella setups are available to rent at the beach. We highly suggest renting at least one set in the first row, especially during the busy season, for the best beach experience. You’re also welcome to bring extra chairs from the unit too.
Community Amenities
Enjoy a variety of amenities within the community, including:
* Swimming pools and kiddie pools
* Tennis and pickleball courts
* Scenic walking paths
Lake Views & Wildlife
The lake adds an extra touch of magic to your stay. Feed the ducks, try fishing from the bridge or deck, and watch for turtles that often swim right up to you.
You can even catch a glimpse of the Gulf from the kitchen windows.
Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered!
Our townhome includes:
* Magnetic tiles
* Wooden blocks and some other toys
* Some beach toys
A Pack ’n Play and toddler gates are available upon request.
Quick tip: Bring the kids’ scooters if you can! They’re perfect for an easy ride to the beach, over to the bridge, or just around the neighborhood—and they make getting around even more fun.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals at home, including pots, pans, dishes, and little extras like a pizza cutter and cheese grater.
Time to relax? The living room has a comfortable reclining couch, a cozy sleeper sofa, and a rocking recliner chair—perfect for kicking back after a day at the beach.
There are also lakefront decks off the upstairs living room and downstairs bedroom, perfect for morning coffee, outdoor meals, sunset margaritas, or relaxing after a day in the sun.
You’ll have two reserved, free parking spaces conveniently located right in front of the townhome.
The townhome is close to plenty of restaurants, including local seafood spots and casual family-friendly dining. You’ll also find:
* Target and Publix
* CVS and Walgreens
* The soon-to-open Aldi
* Beach shops
* Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park
* Mini-golf
* Plenty of other Destin favorites.
