We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, and it was on a beautiful golf course with immaculate grounds. We had a question about the thermostat on the first day, and the owner responded quickly, even though it was late in the evening. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Was very pleased with the property. Very clean, quiet, good area to walk dog, roughly a 10 minute walk to beach. A six minute drive to Sea Pines RC.Only issues were unwillingness of Sea Pines gate attendant to waive entry fee despite showing him email confirmation of rental and brief difficulty finding unit, then gaining access as entrance area is not well lit and entering access code/ manuevering lock was not easy on initial tries.

Location was great. Hard to see condo numbers on main building. Picture on website makes it seem like one story. People above us were a bit noisy. Could use some updating. Maybe new toilets for example.
