The Space:

Welcome to Carriage Lane Casa, a fully updated 4-bedroom Mesa retreat with a clean, modern feel, comfortable spaces and a private backyard built for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. Conveniently located just minutes from the Loop 101, this home offers easy access to Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and everything the East Valley has to offer.



Bright, comfortable and thoughtfully updated, Carriage Lane Casa offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and settle in.



The home features two separate living areas, both with comfortable sectional seating and TVs—giving everyone space to gather together or unwind on their own.



The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything needed for meals at home. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight and overlooks the backyard and pool.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

All four bedrooms are located together on the east side of the home for a comfortable and private sleeping layout.



The spacious primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the backyard and pool.



Three additional guest bedrooms each feature queen beds, ceiling fans, TVs and fresh, hotel-quality linens.



Private Backyard & Heated Pool:

The backyard is one of our favorite features of Carriage Lane Casa. Fully enclosed and ultra-private, it offers plenty of space to swim, lounge, grill and enjoy Arizona's year-round outdoor lifestyle.



Take a dip in the heated diving pool—with pool heat included at no additional charge—or relax on the new travertine pool deck with four poolside loungers.



A covered outdoor living area with sectional seating creates a comfortable spot to escape the sun, while poolside bistro seating, a BBQ and turf play area round out the space. Break out a game of cornhole, enjoy dinner outside or simply spend the afternoon by the pool.

The Neighborhood:

Just two minutes from the 101 Loop off Guadalupe Rd Exit in the Carriage Lane complex. Easy access to the airport, DT Mesa, Tempe, and Old town Scottsdale.



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Mesa enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
