The property was warm, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The hospitality was exceptional, with Stefano providing convenient transportation from the train station to the property and later to our cruise terminal. He also showed us nearby places to eat, shop, and take our toddler to play. The welcoming atmosphere made our daughter feel completely at ease, and the kindness of Stefano and his family made our stay feel like we were staying with friends.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked about the property. We would happily stay here again.

Безупречная чистота и порядок, гостеприимство и доброжелательность Стефано сделали наше пребывание здесь комфортным и запоминающимся. Стефано всегда на связи, всё покажет и расскажет гостям, а также угостит вкусным завтраком. Уютная зона барбекю, где мы вечером смогли провести семейный праздник. Новая мебель, новые матрасы, новое постельное бельё, ежедневная хорошая уборка и смена полотенец. Удачное расположение комнат и хорошая звукоизоляция, даже если в доме есть другие гости, они вам не помешают. Спасибо Стефано за гостеприимство! Рекомендую! В этот дом хочется вернуться!

La struttura è molto accogliente, in zona comoda per il porto ma tranquilla. Ambiente moderno e molto curato, sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile ed è riuscito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ci ha accolto con grande cortesia anche oltre l'orario di arrivo previsto, permettendoci di parcheggiare la moto al sicuro all'interno della struttura. Ci ha consigliato un buon ristorante per la serata ed assistito per qualsiasi necessità fino alla nostra partenza. È stato davvero piacevole conoscerti, grazie Stefano!

Struttura bella nuova e pulita il proprietario si è messo a disposizione sin dal primo contatto persona gentilissima e simpatica
Siamo stati una sola notte di passaggio a Civitavecchia non abbiamo provato i servizi ma direi CONSIGLIATISSIMO
Unica pecca forse la colazione consiglierei di mettere qualcosa di salato per chi come me non fa colazione dolce.
Comunque positivo
