Beachfront 1 Bedroom with king bed, sleeper sofa and bunk beds plus, Spectacular Ocean Views!
* Splash Resort guests must stop at the registration desk to purchase wrist bands and parking passes. The fee is $40.
Our nice 1 Bedroom condo has flat screen TVs, and cable including HBO. We are located on the West side of Panama City Beach, about 1.5 miles to Pier Park. You will enjoy free beach service with 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella, this service is seasonal and runs between March 1st through October 31st.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, including pots and pans, flatware, and small appliances.
The living room beachfront balcony fronts a spectacular and unobstructed view of the Gulf coast from one curve to the other, with four nice tall chairs with table in between for you to enjoy either coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon.
The main bedroom has a king bed with a comfortable mattress and raisable frame for your comfort, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, built in bunk beds in the hallway, and one trundle under the bunk beds, capable to accommodate 7 people total. * Remember that the number specified on the initial reservation request must match the number arriving as Splash will correlate the numbers on the registration form with the online request.
Complementary wireless internet, and washer-dryer inside the unit.
This is a non-smoking, no-pet condo.
Splash combines a fantastic location with outstanding onsite amenities, including over 400 feet of pristine Gulf Front, children's interactive Aqua Play areas, pools (seasonally heated December through February), 2 distinct water park environs with water canons, twisting slide, and, a fitness center, island-style cabana beach bar and grill, an outdoor grill, hot tub, Lazy River with tubes, small Splash Pad, and Tipping Bucket.
You or the kiddos will not be bored at Splash!!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The master bathroom was absolutely beautiful!One of our favorite features was being on the first floor. It made getting to and from the beach and pools so convenient. The view was amazing, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge convenience.Our kids absolutely loved the splash zone and the pools. The location was another huge plus - it's far enough away from the busiest crowds of Panama City Beach to feel more relaxing, while still being close to everything you need. Even though the beach was busy, it was much more enjoyable than stying closer to the more crowded areas.The hosts were fantastic and provided excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. The only downside was the elevator wait times during busy periods, but being on the first floor made that a non-issue for us since we could easily take the stairs.This has easily been one of our favorite vacation stays, and we would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun beach getaway!

The unit is great! It’s on the 1st floor of units, which is actually the third story above the pools and lobby areas. It’s right by the stairs/elevator for easy access. It has everything you need from washer/dryer, keurig with coffee pot, kitchen items, plenty of towels and sheets, and 2 bathrooms! The only disappointment was there was no longer a tub in the unit and we have a toddler. It looked like the master bathroom has been recently remodeled. It is very nice, and now has a large walk in shower with a bench instead of a tub/shower combo. Our daughter ended up loving taking showers in there, but we were expecting and hoping for a tub. The bathroom was large enough to fit her pack and play so she had a separate sleeping space!You get 2 beach chairs for beach service with an umbrella which is nice! They put the chairs out around 8am and put them away around 5pm. They do clean up unused chairs at 3:00 so if you plan to go back down to the beach make sure you leave something on your chairs so they don’t take them. There is a take a toy leave a toy box at the beach so check there before buying kids beach toys! There is an Alvin’s island directly across the street with beach essentials and souvenirs. There is also a candy/ice cream shop which is super convenient.
