Great, roomy house with nice amenities, including clean pool. The house was well-equipped, including pack and play for our baby granddaughter and a booster chair for our grandson.The kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook meals, and host supplied some coffees, which was nice.Property has an excellent host, with fantastic communication, including when we needed to discuss issues that arose.Our family enjoyed the property, including our grandson (who loved the pool). Getting to local parks and tourist areas was only 30-40 min drive. Highly recommend this property if you have a Phoenix stay.

This spacious home is in a quiet neighborhood and right off the main highway that takes you to Phoenix, Sedona and Flagstaff. The beds are very comfortable, nice towels, quality soap and an awesome sparkling clean pool. Our granddaughter loved the pool toys. We appreciated that there was coffee there waiting for us. The host is excellent with communication. I can't say enough about how thankful we were that the house was so clean because we had a baby that was crawling and a toddler that plays on the floor. The grill was clean and it looked like many of the appliances were new. We recommend Desert Donuts that is nearby and Frys for the fruit. We also highly recommend the Community Park in Anthem. For the little ones there is a train ride, a splash park, and a playground. For others there is a beautiful walking trail and skate park. Enjoy your stay if you book this home!

Carpets were stained, especially in the closet in the downstairs front bedroom.I wasn't aware that I had to pay extra to heat the pool. I found that out the day before we arrived. I felt I had already spent enough money on the house to add an additional 80 for the pool. The water was cold. The heated pool should have been included in price.Marianna was very nice. I would rent from her again.
