This is a upper 3 room studio Bed & Breakfast; Come stay in beautifully renovated 2 story home with beautiful gardens, fenced yard; relax on the sprawling covered porch or outdoor patios. Warm up in yard firepit. Farmhouse style interiors use original wood from the 1800s to compliment the style. All linens, dinnerware and gas grill included. Fenced yard, fire pit with wood and off street parking included as well as all utilities, cable and internet/wi fi . All inc. with any studio or whole house booking. Private. Great neighborhood close to beach, shopping and farmers market. Dogs welcome with additional fee. Kayaks on site. The owner is quite friendly and informative of the area. The upper flat is cute and cozy and the only criticism I had was a door between the upstairs and downstairs. She has plans to put in a door which will allow for more privacy and noise separation. It’s not as close to the beach as I thought but it isn’t far from it. The house is close to the downtown action. I recommend staying there.
