The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining areas. A wrap-around porch offers views of the serene countryside. Recent addition of a barn, offers covered area for outdoor dining, and an indoor area for games, such as ping pong, board games, cards and cornhole. After a day of hiking, boating, riding, or exploring come back for a relaxing evening around the patio fire pit. Pleasant Hill Lake Park and Marina are located across the road with access to horseback riding trails.

Clean, comfortable, home away from home. Perfect place for family to gather and great location for visiting the Mohican State Park. Owner was great with all communications.

Spectacular! We had an action packed weekend adventuring in Mohican & watching the Ashland University football game. Our age range was 2 yrs old up to 70- and there was something for everyone! It couldn’t have been nicer, cleaner, or more beautiful! If I could give it 10 stars I would!
