Step inside to find a delightful and inviting living room, exuding an airy ambiance and featuring a large-screen TV, a queen pullout sofa, and an antique beverage bar. The kitchen boasts modern conveniences and a quaint dinette, perfect for intimate gatherings of four. The Master bedroom offers a spacious retreat with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and ample space to unwind and settle in.
The second bedroom welcomes up to four guests with a queen-size bed and an additional twin bunk, ideal for families or friends. A newly renovated tiled full bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower combo is conveniently located nearby.
Making your way outside and downstairs, on the ground level, you'll find two shower rooms, in addition to another bathroom - plus private dressing rooms. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and had all the basic necessities. We especially appreciated the scent free laundry detergent s we had a baby with us. Short walk to the beach. We loved the screened in porch upstairs and the downstairs covered porch had a table and chairs, TV, ping pong, and cornhole, washer and dryer, 2 showers, bathroom and extra fridge. The 3rd bedroom is also downstairs and is not en suite- you hve to exit the room and cross the porch to the bathroom and shower room but it was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our needs! It was close to the beach, enough space for a family of 6, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Check in and check out process was easy and house had all of the accommodations we needed. The neighbors are sweet too! The 3rd bedroom does have separate entrance downstairs so it’s perfect for adult guests. We didn’t feel super comfortable with our young children staying there without us but the rest of the house had plenty of space so we made it work. Showers were great option downstairs after beach too! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would happily rent again!

This home is really a two bedroom home with an optional bedroom under the main house. While the main part of the home is lovely and well appointed, the lower bedroom is not convenient for families. You have to go outside of the home and down the front porch stairs and under the house to get to the bedroom. Also the bathroom downstairs is separate from the bedroom so if you need to go to the restroom you have to go outside. Kind of like an outhouse. We stayed with 6 people and made the best of it but it wasn’t ideal. While we were there we had torrential rain and the lower level flooded. We had to wade through 3” of water to get to the bedroom and again if we needed the bathroom. This was probably an unusual circumstance but it is a problem to consider. I would recommend this home if you only need the two bedrooms upstairs (one king, one queen, and bunk beds). It is conveniently located, the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need, and it is comfortably decorated.
