It features a spacious living room with a seating area and a 85 inch TV. On one side, there is a large dining area suitable for the capacity of the house.
Feel free to step outside and relax by the large pool.
The kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and dryer are also available for your laundry needs.
The six spacious bedrooms come with sheets and bedding.
The 4.5 bathrooms have everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your comfort.
The villa is always professionally cleaned for your convenience.

El Puig de Santa Maria is a peaceful town in the Valencian Community, just a short drive from the coast. The Urb. Puigval-Chalets neighborhood offers a tranquil setting, surrounded by nature and providing beautiful views of the mountains and sea. It's a great spot for relaxation while being close to the vibrant city of Valencia.
The town is home to historical sites like the 13th-century Monastery of Santa Maria and is near the beaches of El Puig, perfect for water activities or relaxing by the Mediterranean. With its mix of history, nature, and cuisine, El Puig is an ideal destination.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Camí de la Playa (line L112A), is just a 5-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
⚠️ NEIGHBOUR RESPECT RULES: The peace and rest of neighbours is very important. Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. Guests who breach these rules may be penalized.

Our stay in Puig was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect — only about a 20‑minute drive to Valencia — making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quieter, relaxing area to come home to.The house itself was a true WOW for our family. Spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, it made us feel right at home even though we were thousands of miles away. The check‑in process was smooth thanks to clear, straightforward instructions, and settling in was effortless.GuestReady hosted the property, and all communication was done by email. For most of the stay, that worked fine. The only issue came on our last night: when we returned from a family dinner, the front gate wouldn’t open at all. GuestReady responded by email and tried to help, but they never called, so I eventually had to climb the gate to get inside. It seemed like someone may have cleaned the pool earlier and accidentally locked the gate.Aside from that one hiccup, the stay was incredible. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. I would absolutely recommend it — just be sure to double‑check that everything is working properly when you arrive.

It's a lovely property on the doorstep of the Med and in a usually quiet neighbourhood but there was almost constant building work on the house next door and across the road. The house was well appointed with the master bed being extremely comfortable. Clean property all-round, but with one exception - the pool, this was the main reason we came here and it wasn't up to scratch. The day we arrived we reported the pool was dirty and it took a day before we got a reasonable reply. Some of the communications were slightly accusatory and that the pool had been cleaned, then that the dirt was our fault and asking what type of dirt it was! A simple visit would have identified that it was not satisfactory and when the pool cleaner was sent we lost a full day without the pool. However it was dirty again within a day and the whole patio was covered in grit and dust, we ascertained that I was due to the jackhammer and building work next door but did not hear anything back. Took the shine off a really good time which was diminished by this issue. This is why three stars - pool issues and not the greatest interactions with guestready.

Overall the villa was excellent.
My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised.
Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy.
Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it.
However, apart from that we were very pleased.

Our stay was wonderful although there were many inconveniences too. The host only provided us 1 bath towel per person and NO BEACH/POOL TOWELS were available for use at all. Considering we all traveled from the USA clearly we would not have space to pack a beach towel in addition to everything else. There were no paper towels or basic cooking supplies, like pepper, salt, seasonings etc. No paper towels, were provided and barely any trash bags. We had to go buy our own laundry detergent. Other than all these inconveniences the house was nice.
