Breathtaking views from this 3rd-floor balcony unit of the sunrise over the ocean beach will forever be ingrained in your vacation memories! Cocoa Beach offers amazing restaurants, beach activities, Canaveral Spaceport, Cruise ports, and an hour away from Disney and the Orlando attractions. This is a fully renovated coastal modern unit.
Please be advised that this unit is located in a building scheduled for upcoming maintenance and exterior work from May 2026 through December 2027. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we want to ensure full transparency regarding the following possibilities during your stay:
Atmosphere: There may be construction-related noise during standard business hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Amenities: There is a possibility that balcony access may be temporarily restricted and views may be partially obstructed by scaffolding or safety netting.
Current Status: These schedules are subject to change by building management; while these disturbances are possible, they may not occur during the entirety of your stay.

The place was everything we were hoping for. It was very clean and spacious and even included the extra comforts of home like plenty of pillows and blankets and lots of beach toys. There were fully stocked pantry with the essentials including spices and zip lock bags. We were able to use a crock pot. There's an airfryer also. I used the keurig but there is also drip coffee maker. The host is great at communicating. And the view? Wonderful. The pictures in the reviews are accurate.

The condo was perfect for our needs, facilities were great - cannot fault it or the host. The location is great, right on the beach and high enough to give a fantastic view of the beach down to Canaveral. The pool is nothing special or scenic, but serves the purpose fine and was always quiet. Not much nightlife within walking distance, but that's true for most of Cocoa Beach - you need a car.
