Lake Tahoe is one of the most majestic places in the world so enjoy your visit with all the amenities! We love our place in Lakeland Village for its tranquil setting and close proximity to our PRIVATE resort BEACH only STEPS AWAY. We are also located only a mile from Heavenly Ski Resort & the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. Play tennis, swim in one of the 2 pools (one pool is open year round & the beach pool is open in the summer months only) or just go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the view. The amenities also include 2 outdoor hot tubs and a gorgeous PRIVATE BEACH only STEPS AWAY. Come for the beach in the summer, the colors & bears in the fall, the skiing in the winter & all of the above in the spring!
Our 3 level unit sleeps 8 -10; the first floor includes the primary bedroom with one king bed and the second bedroom with two queens. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a roomy en suite bathroom and another cozy smaller full bath is right outside the second bedroom (on the first floor) for easy convenience. The second bathroom is engineered to include a full bath; however, the addition of a shower means the space is small, but very ambitious. The living room includes a pull out sofa bed. The OPEN LOFT on the 3rd level includes two full beds - perfect for all the KIDS!
The 2nd level includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats 10 and there’s plenty of room at the bar for 3 more for easy mingling. Relax in the morning on the balcony with some Keurig coffee or enjoy the woodsy view in the evening with something a little stronger.
Two kayaks & two stand up paddle boards are provided for your use at no charge! The most desirable aspect of Lakeland Village is its location - this tranquil LAKEFRONT setting is only a short walk to pubs and restaurants and it's less than a mile from some of the best skiing in the world!

We really enjoyed are stay. The property was close to everything, clean and beautiful. There was a little hiccup with the hot water, but the host was on top of it and had a repair person out that day to fix it. Overall FANTASTIC

The owner was very caring and answered all my questions as soon as I asked them. The place was very well taken care of and an awesome place to spend quality time with our family. We can’t wait to come back!Big bonus is the pool is also heated!Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Nothing went unnoticed.

We just came back from a Memorial Day weekend getaway at this wonderful location. Yes – it is peaceful, yes it’s a very short walk to Lake Tahoe’s beach, yes this was a retreat! Before arrival we received complete instructions on what to expect, how to use the 2 bed loft, how to access all the amenities, and how to check out. All communication with the host not only was smooth and efficient, but hospitable! Tips for future travelers – there are PLENTY of board games in the home, so enjoy! Also the parking is convenient and close. The overall location is so ideal, especially when it gets busy with the flood of tourists, you have the lake so close by. Restaurants, grocery stores, and the drug store are all walking distance. The stateline and Heavenly are all walking distance are less than two miles away, I saw many people rent the electric scooters to get around.Regardless of the influx of visitors this weekend, this location was very peaceful. My sister loved the curated decorations and attention to detail of the space – she said she’s going to miss the hard wood dining table and chairs the most. My mom and sisters felt so relaxed and were able to unwind from our daily lives. We look forward to our return to Tahoe!

This stay was great. Had everything we needed and was very clean. I, myself, am an over packer so of course I brought my own detergent, toiletries, kitchen things like trash bags, towels, and ziplocs, etc but this place had that and more which was so helpful. The kids enjoyed the living space, especially the loft. Also everyone enjoyed the comfy beds. Very close to the beach and walking distance to stores and nature walks. Overall super happy with this place. Will definitely return and would love to stay here again. Thank you Lori and Rob for making this vacation a memorable one.
